Osaka Tsutenkaku Ticket

General observation deck, special outdoor observation deck:

• Children under 4 years old can enter for free.
• Adult tickets are for high school students and above. Child tickets are for students aged 5 to middle school students.

For the safety of our guests, the following guests are not permitted to participate in the Dive & Walk experience:

• Visitors under 8 years old, over 66 years old, under 130cm tall, or over 120kg are not permitted to participate. (Children aged 9 to 14 must be accompanied by someone over 18 years of age. Children cannot participate alone. Children's tickets are not sold online; please purchase them on-site. Visitors aged 15 and above can participate alone.)
• Those who drink alcohol, those in poor health, pregnant women, those with pre-existing conditions such as heart disease or high blood pressure, those with poor physical or mental health such as skeletal issues, those with visual or limb impairments, and those who feel uneasy in high, enclosed, or dark environments are not suitable for this condition.
• People who wear sandals, high heels, business leather shoes, or other footwear that may cause injury or damage to personal belongings.
• Those who cannot wear helmets and seat belts safely, those who cannot follow the staff's instructions, and others who, according to the staff, may not be able to participate safely.

Children aged 13 and above can use the service alone, in which case it is considered that they have obtained the consent of their guardian regarding the "TOWER SLIDER Use Consent Form".)
• Pregnant women, drinkers, those with poor bone health, those with poor physical or mental health, those prone to motion sickness, those sensitive to light stimulation, those with visual or limb dysfunction, and those who feel uneasy in high, enclosed, or dark environments.
• Those who cannot wear a helmet safely, those who cannot wear a gliding bag and cannot maintain a stable gliding posture, those who cannot understand and strictly follow the staff's instructions, and those whom the staff judges to be unsafe users.

Usage guidelines for Dive & Walk and TOWER SLIDER experiences:

• Participation in this activity is at the discretion of the visitor.
• Before participating, please understand that this activity may place a great burden on your physical and mental well-being.

• Once tickets are purchased, orders cannot be cancelled or changed due to personal reasons, nor can replacements be issued.

Guidelines for using the DIVE & WALK experience:

• DIVE & WALK consists of approximately 200 steps starting from the ground. All movement up and down must be done via stairs; there is no elevator. We apologize for the inconvenience.
  
• This activity will take approximately 30 minutes. The time may be longer due to factors such as crowding or weather. Please allow sufficient time for your experience.
  
• During the experience, only photos or videos can be taken using the on-site photography system; the cost is included in the experience fee.
• To prevent items from falling, no personal belongings, including mobile phones, cameras, passports, and other identification documents, are allowed in the activity area.
• Please put all items in your pockets into the designated locker before you begin the experience.
• The event provider shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or dispute arising from this event.

Hankai Railway

• This is a pass that allows unlimited travel on all lines of the Hankai Railway within one day.
• Please bring your order voucher to the ticket center on the 1st floor of Tongtiange to exchange it for a travel ticket.
  
• This ticket is valid for two months from the date of purchase.
  
• How to use your ticket: Please scratch off the year, month, and day of your trip in order and present it to station staff. If more than two of the year, month, and day of your trip have been scratched off, the ticket will be considered invalid.

Osaka Subway and Bus Tickets

• When taking the subway, simply scan the QR code at the ticket gate that supports QR codes to enter and exit the station.
• When taking the bus, please scan the dedicated QR code displayed inside the bus before getting off, and show the verification screen to the driver when you get off.
• When using the discounted facilities, please show the QR code on your ticket to the staff. If the ticket cannot display a QR code due to system errors or other reasons, the discount will not be available.
• Please note that you may not be able to enjoy the discount if the facility is closed or the QR code page is not displayed. In this case, no refund or cancellation will be accepted.
• This ticket is valid for one person only. • This pass is not valid on Hankyu, Kita-Osakakyu, Kintetsu, or other companies' lines.
• If you travel outside the permitted area, please inform the staff at your arrival station and pay the additional fare.
• You will be unable to use this service if your ticket cannot be displayed due to device malfunction, electronic device failure, or unstable communication service. In this case, please pay the fare separately before using the service. Please note that fares paid during the period when the ticket cannot be displayed will not be refunded.
• The use of tickets is subject to the terms and conditions of each transportation company, passenger regulations, and other relevant policies.
• Important notes when purchasing multiple tickets: If you purchase multiple tickets at once, these tickets are non-transferable and cannot be shared. Please ensure that all tickets are used for the same trip.
• When using an e-ticket, please use a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone, click the e-ticket link you received after booking, show the e-ticket to the staff, and press the use button.
  ※ Electronic tickets can only be used in an online environment. Please confirm beforehand that your mobile device can access the internet.

  ※ If you purchase multiple tickets at once, they cannot be used separately. Once used, all tickets will be used simultaneously. If you wish to use the tickets individually multiple times, please purchase them separately.
  ※ To prevent unauthorized use, when you reactivate the e-ticket in a different environment than when you first activated it, the system will require you to verify using an OTP dynamic password. Please follow the steps below to complete the verification.
  1. Enter an email address that can receive emails normally, and press the send button.
  2. Check your inbox for the OTP password email. If you cannot find it, it may have been categorized as spam. If you still cannot find it in your spam folder, your email address may be incorrect. Please log in to the website and re-enter your email address.
