- Participants 3 years old and above are charged as adults, while children below 3 years old who do not occupy a seat are free of charge. Each departure group can have only one free quota

In the event of an accident caused by force majeure or resulting in bodily injury or death due to unpredictable factors, the company's employees and related personnel will make every effort to provide assistance. However, the company and its members do not bear any responsibility for injuries or casualties

A fluent Chinese-speaking tour guide will accompany the group. To request changes to the meeting time for the itinerary reservation, please contact the organizer via WhatsApp/WeChat/LINE or other communication methods
Due to the limited quantity and variety of complimentary breakfast and drinks, selection is not available. For guests wishing to change their tour, the following surcharges will apply: - Changes made within 5 days before departure will incur a charge equal to half of the tour fee - Changes made within 10 days before departure will incur a handling fee of HKD200 - Changes made within 14 days before departure will incur a handling fee of HKD100

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
