- Himeji Castle
Himeji Castle, located in Himeji City, Hyogo Prefecture, Japan, is the city's main symbol. It is known as White Heron Castle for its white exterior walls and is one of Japan's most iconic and well-preserved castles. Designated as a national treasure and a national special historical site by the Japanese government, it is also part of Japan's first batch of world cultural heritage sites. Himeji Castle is one of Japan's 100 famous castles and is often referred to as "Japan's most famous castle" due to its excellent preservation—it is one of the twelve remaining castle structures in Japan. It has been featured in many period dramas and movies, often representing Edo Castle.

This outlet boasts the largest store area in western Japan. With approximately 210 shops and restaurants, it is located in a spacious mall that offers a sense of openness, making it the largest in both Western Japan and the Kinki region.

The bus will depart punctually, so please adhere to the boarding time to avoid delays for which we cannot be held responsible.
Occasionally, we may arrive early at the next attraction or conclude the trip due to public holidays or restricted visiting hours at certain facilities.
Itinerary adjustments may occur due to traffic congestion or inclement weather.
For small groups, we may arrange a small passenger car and the driver will conduct the guided tour without leaving the vehicle.
During holiday periods, the trip's end time may be delayed due to traffic congestion. If return is delayed for unavoidable reasons, resulting in the need for a taxi or hotel stay, we cannot cover the costs.
Please note that seating on the bus is unassigned, smoking and eating are prohibited, and there are no restroom facilities.
If facilities are interrupted due to unforeseen circumstances after the itinerary begins, a partial refund will be issued. Please note that the admission fees included in the itinerary differ from the facility's listed prices, so refunds cannot be based on those prices. Thank you for understanding.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
