Meals are not included for children under the age of 3

Arrival at the hotel is scheduled to be around midnight (around 12:00am) after viewing the fireworks.

Depending on the time of arrival at the hotel, the departure time from the hotel the next day may be delayed. Please be noted that in such case, the time for sightseeing may be shortened.

Yukata robe is to be worn only in the guest room.

Please be noted that since Naeba Prince Hotel is a large-scale accommodation facility, depending on the room you stay in, the large public bath and restaurant may be far from your room. In addition, the room assignments are at the discretion of the hotel, so we cannot accept any requests.

Please purchase your own lunch on the first day or bring it from home.

Due to the inclusive group arrangement, we will not accept requests for changes in meal content, except in the case of allergies, dietary restrictions due to medical decisions, or other circumstances that may jeopardize physical safety. Please prepare your own meals. No refunds will be given for meal fees, and no meals will be taken home.

Delays or no-shows due to transportation delays, etc. will also be subject to cancellation fees. The tour will depart at the departure time stated in the brochure.

Groups with an odd number of participants will be sharing seats on this tour. Please note that we may ask men and women to share seats.

Please be sure to be on time during the tour, otherwise the tour will depart.

In the case of a room for 3 or more persons, an extra bed (including sofa bed) may be used.

In order to ensure that bus crew have sufficient rest time, participants may be asked to wait in the lobby after check-out until the hotel departure time.

Due to higher-than-expected road congestion and crowding at tourist attractions, etc., we may be forced to skip some sightseeing spots, shorten sightseeing time, change buses, or have to delay return times.

Please note that even if the return time differs significantly due to road conditions, etc., we will not be able to cover the cost of accommodation, meals, taxi fares, etc. incurred.
