Only carry-on luggage is allowed; large luggage is not permitted.
Pregnant women, people with heart disease, people with acrophobia, and other special groups are not suitable to participate in this tour.
Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by at least one adult passenger throughout the trip.
Hotel pick-up and drop-off service is available within 2km of Sendai JR Station. If your hotel is outside the pick-up and drop-off area, please go to the meeting point.
Those aged 70 and above must ensure they are in good health and fit to travel, and must be accompanied by someone aged 22 or above throughout the trip.
For safety reasons, one adult may not bring multiple preschool children into the park. The foxes are free-roaming, so please be aware of the risk of being bitten.
Vehicle type will be arranged according to the number of participants. For cars, the driver will also act as the tour guide; for trucks, the driver will also act as the tour guide. The driver and tour guide will not accompany the participants into the scenic area.
Reminders
This tour requires a minimum of 6 participants. If the minimum number of participants is not reached 3 days before departure, you can apply for a rescheduling or a full refund.
Once the order is confirmed, the date cannot be changed arbitrarily. Any losses incurred will be borne by the order holder.

To ensure driver safety and smooth driving, itineraries may be adjusted based on actual circumstances, including reducing sightseeing time at attractions or canceling certain attractions. - For cancellations made at least 11 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 5 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 80% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–4 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
