- Activity passes can be purchased online until 9:00 AM on the day of the event.
- The general activity reception hours are from 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM. The last time to register for each activity is 3:00 PM for Alp Adventure, 4:00 PM for Zipline, 4:00 PM for Buggy Adventure, and 3:30 PM for Rainbow Slider. Due to congestion, the hours may be extended on weekend nights when the Night Gondola is operating. Customers who register in the afternoon during peak hours may not be able to participate in the activities due to waiting times. We appreciate your understanding.
- After online sales end, please purchase Biwako Hakodateyama admission tickets on-site. After entering the park, please purchase same-day tickets (same-day tickets are 300 yen more) at the Activity General Reception (in front of the gondola summit station). Please note that tickets may be sold out. Same-day tickets are 300 yen more than the price of the combined activity ticket minus the admission ticket price (adults 2800 yen, children 1400 yen).
- If all activities (zipline, Alps Adventure, buggy adventure, rainbow slider) are canceled due to weather conditions, a full refund will be issued only if you have entered the park (before using the gondola).
