Purchase Notice
- English and Chinese tour guide available and Japanese guided will be offered in audio on vehicle only
- It is recommended to book your flight after the tour is confirmed
- Return time to Calgary is around 8:30 pm. Please arrange the transportation to the airport and book the departure flight by yourself
- The above itinerary may change due to different tour dates. Please refer to the voucher for the actual itinerary
- The itinerary and stop time are subject to change due to weather, traffic, and other unexpected situations. The tour guide will change and adjust without prior notice
- The local tour operator has put forth all necessary efforts to ensure that, at all times of publication, all descriptions in the present brochure are exact. The local tour operator reserves the right to postpone, cancel, or change the tour and/or hotel accommodation and any loss or additional expenses incurred shall be bound by the participants
- The Local tour operator shall not be liable for failure in the performance of any of its obligations for any loss or damage resulting from any delay, cancellations, loss of personal belongings, illness, bodily injury, accident, death, deterioration of services, inconvenience, loss of enjoyment, disappointment or frustration, either mental or physical, attributable to a fault, negligent act or omission by a provider or any employee thereof
- Reservations are required for all optional activities. Please book the optional admissions and extra service if interested. On-site bookings are not accepted
- The cancellation policy will be applied to the below modifications: reducing the number of travelers, changing the optional admissions and group meal purchases, as well as amending extended hotel stay
- Fully refundable if the weather is not permitted for optional items
- 1* checked luggage + 1* carry-on luggage are allowed for each person (with applicable size restrictions). Additional checked luggage fee is CA$20 + 5% per luggage
- The drop-off time and itinerary are subject to weather/traffic conditions and unforeseen circumstances. Please inquire the tour guide about the itinerary on the day of return
- Hotel arrangement are subject to change due to different tour dates
- The standard Twin room in North American hotels is equipped with one double bed, two double beds, or one double bed or one sofa bed
- Triple/Quadruple room does not include a third/fourth bed the room types are based on double occupancy. No extra bed for 3rd and 4th person
- Travelers may be asked to present IDs (e.g. passport or ID card) for identity verification during the tour
- If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, or an accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted

Reminders
A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
In case of delays caused by traffic, weather, or other force majeure factors resulting in the cancellation of some itinerary attractions, please contact customer service. We will arrange a partial refund for you
In the event of inclement weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision on whether to cancel the tour will be made 1 day(s) before departure (local time 10:00). Notifications will then be sent via email
Please be ready at the meeting location 10 minutes before the pickup time, as the tour will start on time. If you miss the bus, please meet the group at the next pickup location
It is highly recommended to check the weather forecast before your arrival and pack accordingly. The temperatures in the Rocky Mountains can drop dramatically at night
Please be on time for each meeting point during the tour. Refunds will not be granted to missed tours due to late arrivals and personal reasons
Travelers are recommended to download or print out the e-voucher for offline access
Due to heightened security, many countries have adopted practices to prevent international abductions of children. If a child is traveling with an adult other than the parents — or with only one parent, it is recommended that a notarised letter with traveling dates is to be written by the parents granting authorization to travel. It is also recommended to contact relevant consulates and airlines for additional requirements
It is recommended to arrange comprehensive travel insurance immediately upon booking your residence as an added measure of protection
Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Violation of the rules will result in a fine of passenger’s own cost

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 33 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–32 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
