Age restrictions for courses: OW diving course requires a minimum age of 10 years old, AOW diving course requires a minimum age of 12 years old, rescue course requires a minimum age of 15 years old, and divemaster and instructor course requires a minimum age of 18 years old.


Do not schedule air travel within 24 hours after scuba diving.


Please bring your own swimsuit and change of clothes. Those who are nearsighted may bring contact lenses (prescription mirrors are provided).


Before participating in a diving course, you must carefully read and fill out the "Insurance Information" and "Health Declaration Form". If you have any concerns, please obtain your doctor's approval before placing an order and registering.


To be ocean-friendly, remove makeup and sunscreen from your face and body before entering the water.


During the course, participants must follow the instructor's instructions. If participants fail to cooperate, the instructor has the right to terminate the activity without refund. The instructor cannot be held responsible for any accidents caused by those who do not heed the advice.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 1 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
