Due to requests from national and local governments, the fireworks display may be forced to be canceled or its contents changed.
During the Obon period, the area is expected to be very crowded, and the return time may be significantly delayed depending on road conditions and local conditions. In addition, depending on the traffic and congestion situation, the time spent on site may be shortened or omitted, or the itinerary may be changed. Please note that even if the return time is significantly delayed, we will not be able to cover the cost of accommodation, meals, taxi fares, etc.
This tour is conducted in Japanese only.
Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays due to transportation delays, etc., or for non-participation. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.

In the area around Nagoya Station, all travel agencies are not allowed to park buses for long periods of time due to instructions from the local police. Also, depending on the vehicle allocation situation on the day, your tour may be delayed slightly from the originally scheduled time.
Depending on the time of arrival at the hotel, the departure time from the hotel the next day may be delayed. In that case, we may shorten the time spent at sightseeing spots or change the itinerary. Thank you for your understanding.
Children (3 years and over) will be charged the same rate and receive the same services as adults.
The fireworks display will proceed rain or shine, but may be cancelled in the event of severe weather. If cancellation is decided by the day before the tour departure, the tour will be cancelled. We will contact the representative and refund the tour fee. Also, the decision to cancel on site will be made on the day, and in unavoidable circumstances, we may be notified of the cancellation on the morning of the day. If cancellation or cancellation is decided after the tour departs,

The shores of Lake Suwa are very hot during the day, so you need to be careful of heatstroke, but it gets cold at night. Please bring a jacket.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 15 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 14 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
