  • If a bus is late, travelers will be compensated and the amount depends on the delay time. Be mindful that 0% of the tour fee will be refunded. The tour guide will explain the compensation details to you on-site. Please comply with the tour guide's compensation arrangements accordingly

  • In the event of weather, war, strikes, or force majeure resulting in attraction cancellation, the supplier has the right to change the itinerary. Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 32 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 16 to 31 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 9 to 15 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–8 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
