Thing to know before travel to Bali :
- Conditions for applying for electronic Visa on Arrival (eVOA):
- Apply eVOA (E-Visa on arrival) at : https://molina.imigrasi.go.id
- Applicable to individuals who require a visa to enter Indonesia.
- Visa fee for Visa on Arrival is IDR Rp500,000 (roughly USD $35), payable online with Visa/Mastercard/JCB credit cards.
- Validity period of eVOA is 3 months, with a maximum stay of 30 days per entry, extendable once.
- Purposes of entry: tourism, official visit, business, purchasing, transit.

- Applies to all travelers.
- Starting from November 11th, 2022. All passengers traveling to Indonesia must complete a Indonesia Electronic Customs Declaration. This is a mandatory requirement to go through customs clearance.
- Travelers can complete the online declaration two days before departure and present the QR Code upon collecting their luggage at the airport. One declaration per household is the principle.

Cancellation Policy
- Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
