Product Info

The content of this product is provided by machine translation and may not reflect the actual information, please take this into consideration before booking.

  • Kibune is a secluded spot in Kyoto. The Kibune River, which flows nearby, offers a different charm in each season, from the green maple leaves in early summer to the riverside dining in summer and the vibrant autumn foliage, making it a popular tourist destination.
  • Kifune Shrine is the head shrine of the 2,000 water deity shrines throughout Japan, dedicated to the water god, the source of all life. Its founding date is extremely old; although its origins are unknown, there are records of the shrine buildings being rebuilt approximately 1,300 years ago, making it one of the oldest shrines in Japan.
  • Enjoy your meal in a private room overlooking the Kibune River. Savor seasonal dishes that showcase different facets of each season. Enjoy dishes made with carefully selected ingredients such as river fish and wild vegetables caught in Kibune. We believe that the traditional flavors that have been passed down for generations can be enjoyed by people of all ages, and that this is the charm of Kyoto cuisine. Savor the fresh seasonal flavors with your tongue, enjoy them with your eyes, and immerse yourself in the luxurious hospitality of Kyoto.
