• Sky lanterns are limited to one per group.
• The sky lantern is quite large and has four sides, so there is enough space for four people to write their wishes on each side.
• If the number of participants is small, the tour will be guided by a Japanese driver instead of a Japanese guide + Chinese driver.
• Seats cannot be reserved. *Depending on your seat, you may not be able to see the ocean.
• We will strictly refuse boarding to passengers who are drinking alcohol or in a state of intoxication.
• Please note that there is a possibility of slight early or late arrival depending on traffic conditions, so please use this information as a guide only.
• If you apply with a discount applied, it cannot be used in conjunction with other discounts.
Reminders
• When making a reservation, please be sure to enter the names (same as in the passport), passport number, and date of birth of all participants in the notes section. You will need it to arrange travel insurance.
・To avoid delays to your trip, please arrive at the designated location 5 minutes early. Please note that we will not wait for you if you are late.
・Taiwan has a lot of rain throughout the year, and rain can fall suddenly especially from December to February. We recommend that you bring a folding umbrella when joining the tour.
Cancellation Policy
・If there are delays due to traffic conditions, weather, or other unavoidable circumstances, we may have to cancel visits to some spots. In that case, please contact customer service. We will process a partial refund in accordance with our policy.
・In the event of bad weather such as a typhoon or snowstorm, we will notify you by email one day before departure (20:30 local time) whether the trip will be canceled or not.
・If your flight is cancelled due to a typhoon, there will be no cancellation fee if you submit a certificate of cancellation due to a typhoon to us in advance.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 6 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 5 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
