- Passengers who choose to depart at 8:20 or 10:50 will meet at the Nagoya TV Tower in Oasis 21 to get on the bus.
- Nagoya Ghibli Park itinerary, visit the popular Nagoya attractions "Love Earth Expo Memorial Park" and "Ghibli Park Ghibli Park", you can choose to visit the Ghibli Warehouse, Monster Village, Hill of Youth, and Dondoko Forest It is definitely a must-visit attraction for Hayao Miyazaki fans. ＊There is no child price set for this itinerary. Children over four years old must be priced as adults.
- 17:00 Return to Nagoya from Ghibli. The drop-off location will be determined based on the number of guests returning that day.

Free waiting time: The hotel offers 30 minutes of free waiting time. After that, an overtime fee of 3,000 yen per 30 minutes will be charged.
Overtime and extra mileage fees should be paid to the driver in cash. You can also contact customer service to pay the relevant additional fees in advance.
If the number of passengers and luggage exceeds the vehicle's capacity, the driver has the right to refuse pick-up and drop-off without providing a refund.
Child seat policy: Child seats are not provided for short-distance trips. According to the Japanese Road Traffic Law (Article 26 no 3 no 2, Paragraph 3, No. 6), point-to-point transfers are exempt from the obligation to provide child seats, so you can ride with peace of mind.
Cancellation Policy: You can cancel for free up to 24 hours before your scheduled rental time. Refunds will be credited to your account within 7 to 14 business days after cancellation.

If the passenger causes damage to the vehicle or a third-party vehicle due to their own reasons, the passenger shall bear the cost.
If vomit is spilled on the carpet or seats, or if a child's urine or feces contaminates the seats or carpet, the cleaning costs will be borne by the passenger.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
