The bus will depart from each meeting point. You cannot get off at a location other than the meeting point.
If there are an odd number of people attending, guests will be seated together.
This is a walking course. Please wear comfortable walking shoes and clothing.
[Reference] The walking time from Yoshinoyama Shimosenbon (parking lot) to Kinpusenji Zaodo, Yoshimizu Shrine, and Katsute Shrine (Nakasenbon) is approximately 80 minutes, the walking distance is approximately 1.7 km, and the elevation difference is 37 m.
The best time to see the flowers may vary depending on weather conditions. In principle, the tour will be held even if you are unable to enjoy the flowers at each tourist spot after the departure date has been confirmed.
If we change the contents of your trip or cancel the tour, we will contact you in advance by letter or other means.
Please note that all tour guidance from the tour conductor during the trip will be in Japanese only. However, to ensure the smooth running of the tour and safety, we will provide as much information as possible using a translation app (meeting place, departure time, etc.).
The travel fee for infants (ages 3-5/preschool children) is 5,000 yen. The travel fee includes only a bus seat.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
