  • Luggage Restriction: Each traveler can bring one carry-on item weighing up to 10 kg and check in one piece of luggage (under 23 kg/piece)

  • Travelers aged under 19 are not allowed to enter Takhini Hot Springs due to safety reason
  • In case of incorrect customer details (name, gender, birthdate, passport) post-ticket issuance, the airline may charge CA$25 per person for modifications. To avoid extra charges, ensure accurate and complete information during booking
  • If you wish to take an afternoon flight, please request it in the "Note" section when booking, otherwise, a morning flight will be arranged
  • Please provide correct personal information and email (for flight tickets) when booking
  • Please provide an active contact number when booking so we can get hold of you in the event of an emergency
  • Once the flight tickets are booked, they cannot be returned or transferred. Please arrive at the airport 2 hours in advance. Travelers who miss their flights will not be refunded
  • Children aged under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times
  • Please indicate the number of child seats needed while booking and provide the heights of children
  • The itinerary is for reference only. The tour guide reserves the right to adjust the itinerary to accommodate weather and on-site conditions
  • The attraction visiting time is subject to change, depending on weather conditions
  • In the event of attraction cancellation due to adverse traffic/weather conditions or force majeure, the tour guide will arrange alternative attractions without prior notice
  • The sighting of northern lights is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be offered to travelers who did not see northern lights due to adverse weather conditions

Reminders

  • Travelers with the following conditions or other health issues that could be worsened by excessive stimulation should not participate in this activity: Asthma, Epilepsy, Pregnant women

  • In the event of itinerary changes or cancellations due to unforeseen reasons like weather or traffic, travelers will be informed one day prior to departure at 6:00 pm local time. If there is an emergency, arrangements will be made depending on the airline's ground staff

  • In the event of a flight cancellation due to force majeure or unexpected weather, reserved activities or items won't be refunded. It's recommended to have personal travel insurance before your trip. If a cancellation occurs, efforts will be made to secure an alternative flight on the same day

  • Please pay attention to the time of your flight. This tour cannot be changed or cancelled if you miss your flight

  • Please refer to your voucher for the actual meeting time and location. Meeting information is subject to change due to emergencies or other situations. Please keep an eye out for relevant information and refer to the latest meeting time and location

  • No refunds or compensation will be given to travelers who leave the tour halfway or miss it entirely due to personal reasons (such as lacking travel documents, arriving late, illness, accidents)

  • Please bring warm outerwear (coat, gloves, beanie, and boots)

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances leading to injury or death, resolution will follow criteria set by relevant organizations like airlines, hotels, buses, and trains. The company and its staff are not liable for accidents

  • Please prepare valid visa and passport with validity of more than six months

  • Travelers will view the northern lights consistently at the same campsite each night. The campsite is spacious, allowing travelers to move freely

  • The tour guide will be waiting at designated meeting point and time and holding a nameplate

  • If your group includes members with reduced mobility, please notify us when booking

Cancellation Policy

  • Once the order has been completed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
