A. Yes, please fill in your real name. Domestic viewers' names must match the name on their ID card, and foreign viewers' names must match the name on their passport. A. No ticket is required. A. Log in to your KKday account (the one you purchased the ticket from) and click "Orders/Order Management". Select the "Boat Song Package + Taipei/Kaohsiung Shuttle Bus". Click "Apply for Cancellation/Cancel Order" within the order details and wait for a reply notification. Once the system verifies that everything is correct, you can cancel the order.
Q. How is the refund date calculated?
A. Tickets can be refunded within three days of purchase, with a 5% handling fee per ticket. For example, if you purchased your ticket on December 16th and it covers three days (December 17th, 18th, and 19th), please process your refund before 23:59 on December 19th.
