[Regarding the decision to hold the event]

• In the event of a possibility of severe weather, a decision will be made by noon (12:00) on the day of the event and announced on the official website.
• The event will be canceled if a disaster warning or similar alert is issued after 12:00 PM.
  
• We plan to proceed with the event rain or shine, however, if we determine that the temperature on the day could pose a risk of hypothermia or other health problems, we may decide to cancel it. We also reserve the right to cancel the event if we determine that it is difficult to launch the fireworks due to strong winds, lightning, or other circumstances.
  
• We would appreciate your understanding that we will make decisions with the safety of our customers as our top priority.
• There will be no postponement due to inclement weather.
  
  

[Regarding the day]

• Before entering, please review the precautions and FAQs on the official website once again.
• Once you enter the fireworks viewing area, you are free to move between the viewing area and the parking area. However, please note that if you leave the entrance gate by car or other means, re-entry will not be permitted. Please prepare anything you need for viewing the fireworks in advance.
  
• Please refrain from parking on the street. Enforcement will be intensified on the day, and your vehicle may be towed.
  
• The entrance gates are scheduled to open at 3 PM on the day of the event.
  
• Pets are not allowed inside the venue. *This excludes service dogs such as guide dogs and hearing dogs.
  
• Reserving large spaces within the Premium Area, Green Area, and Standard Area blocks is prohibited. Please limit your reserved space to approximately 90cm square per person.
• For seats other than VIP seats, you will be provided with an original viewing cushion seat (60cm x 60cm). VIP seats will have a viewing chair provided.
• You are allowed to bring a picnic blanket, as long as it is no larger than 90cm square per person.
• You are free to take photos and videos with camera phones, digital cameras, and video cameras in the Green, Standard, Premium, and VIP seats, as long as it does not disturb other passengers. However, the use of tripods (including monopods), step ladders, and selfie sticks is prohibited.
• If you wish to use a tripod (including monopod), step ladder, or selfie stick for fixed shooting, or if you wish to use a telephoto lens, please purchase a VIP photographer's seating ticket from the official website.
• The use of open flames in the viewing area is prohibited.
• The flight of radio-controlled helicopters, drones, and other wireless aircraft is prohibited in the airspace above and around the venue.
• Unauthorized live streaming within the venue is prohibited.
  
• Please refrain from bringing alcohol into the venue. Alcoholic beverages will be sold on the day of the event. Please refrain from bringing bottles.
  
• Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas. Please refrain from smoking while walking around the park or littering, as this may lead to unexpected accidents.

[Regarding clothing]

• Typically at this time of year, daytime temperatures are around 15°C, but they drop to 0°C or even close to 5°C after sunset. We recommend that everyone wear warm clothing and bring any necessary cold-weather gear. Mountain weather is unpredictable, so please also bring rain gear in case of rain.

• Please refrain from any behavior that may disturb other customers, such as shouting loudly during the performance or using areas other than your purchased seat or viewing area.
  
• Transportation and accommodation costs to and from the venue will be the responsibility of the customer.
  
• The organizers, venue, and performers are not responsible for any accidents, thefts, or other incidents that occur inside or outside the venue.
  
• Please be responsible for managing your own valuables.
  
• Please note that the event content may be changed or canceled due to unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters or unforeseen accidents, or due to reasons on the organizer's side. [Regarding parking]

• If you plan to arrive by car, you will need to purchase a parking ticket separately. (Excluding standard seats)
• Standard seat holders are not permitted to arrive by car. Please use the shuttle bus or other means of transportation.
• Entry is not permitted with only a parking ticket. (Entry into the parking area and parking are also not allowed.)
  
• On the day of your visit, we will check your parking ticket and admission ticket (for the number of passengers) at the entrance gate.
  
• There are no plans to sell parking tickets on the day of the event. If you are coming by car, please be sure to purchase your parking ticket in advance.
  
• One parking ticket is required per vehicle.
  
• Vehicles exceeding 6 meters in length, such as minibuses, require two parking tickets.
  
• Parking tickets are required even if you arrive by motorcycle or road bike (bicycle).
  
• Customers who have purchased "Green Seats" should purchase a parking ticket (Green Seat exclusive).
  
• On the day of the fireworks display, the parking lot will only be available from opening time until one hour after the end of the event. It will not be available at any other time.
