Non-slip socks are required for entry. Please bring your own or purchase them at the ball pit entrance (HK$15 per pair).

In case of public holidays, business hours may be adjusted without prior notice.

Bookings must be made at least one day in advance; same-day bookings are not accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, children and adults must wear socks at all times (available for purchase at the entrance if needed). We recommend that participants wear long pants and tight-fitting clothing to prevent any chafing during play.

To ensure a safe, enjoyable, and healthy environment for children, each child aged 12 must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or older. Children without adult accompaniment will not be permitted entry alone. We apologize for any inconvenience.

All tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

All packages can be upgraded to a one-year membership for an additional HK$10 (original price HK$20).

The primary target audience is children under 12 years old and under 150cm in height.

Parents or guardians are responsible for the safety and supervision of children, and bear full responsibility and liability for any damages. Our staff will not be held responsible for the supervision or care of children. Children must use the facilities carefully under the supervision and guidance of their parents or guardians. Our company will not be liable for any injury to themselves or others caused by the unsupervised use of our facilities or by any other person.

Parents and guardians may move freely within the booth area to supervise their children. All facilities in this area are designed for children, and parents must understand and accept this risk.

For the safety of all guests, this establishment reserves the right to refuse entry to any person who may pose a threat, spread disease, or cause violence to others, and reserves any right to pursue legal action.

To ensure the safety of all participants, if anyone is found running, playing aggressively, bullying, or engaging in other dangerous behavior or violating the rules of this venue, the company will first try to dissuade them. If the situation does not improve, the company does not rule out taking action (including asking the participant to leave the venue without providing any compensation).

Eating or drinking is strictly prohibited.

Please do not bring valuable, sharp, or dangerous items into the venue to avoid loss or injury to other participants.

Our company will not be liable for any loss or theft of personal property within our premises.

If anyone is found to be unwell, please notify the staff of the venue as soon as possible so that assistance can be provided.

Guests are not permitted to enter without the presence and signal of company staff. Anyone who enters without authorization, along with their guardian, shall bear all liability for damages and compensation.

To ensure sufficient time for registration, ticket holders are requested to arrive 15 minutes before entry. Latecomers will not be given extra time.

Participants must follow the instructions of company staff and leave on time; otherwise, the company will charge an overtime fee (less than one session will be counted as one session).

If anyone vomits or urinates on this premises, the company will charge HK$2,000 for cleaning.

In the event of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of the terms and conditions, the Chinese version shall prevail.

In the event of any dispute, nobi nobi Dreamland reserves the right of finality.
