To all passengers: You may be traveling with pets. If you do not want to ride with your pet, please write "No pets allowed" in the "Ask a question here" field when making your reservation.
Reminders
Please be sure to arrive at the boarding point 10 minutes before boarding time. If you are late, you may not be able to board the ship.
Please come to the Nakanoshima Rose Port Pier under the Hanshin Expressway Route 1 Loop Line at 1-1 Nakanoshima, Kita-ku, Osaka City, and show the reservation screen to the captain of the boat in the picture.
Please note that another company's ship also departs from the same pier. Please tell us [INDY CRUISE].
Please cooperate in taking your trash home.
If the departure time has passed, the ship will depart and you will not be able to board the ship. *Please note that if you are unable to board your flight, we will not be able to refund you or move you to the next flight.
If bad weather is expected, we will contact you based on the weather forecast up to 5pm the day before.
The final decision will be made 3 hours before departure.
For those wishing to bring pets on board, an additional fee of 500 yen will be charged per pet.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 8 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 4 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 3 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once your refund request is confirmed, KKday will initiate the refund to your original payment method within 15 days. The actual refund timing depends on your card-issuing bank’s policy.
