- If you have a driver's license issued by a country that joined in 1949 Geneva Convention, you must obtain an International Driving Permit (booklet format based on the 1949 Geneva Convention).
- If you have a driver's license from Switzerland, Germany, France, Taiwan, Belgium, or Monaco, you must have an official Japanese translation obtained from the Japan Automobile Federation (JAF).
- People from countries that are not members of the 1949 Geneva Convention (e.g. China, Indonesia, Mexico, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, etc.) cannot participate.
- On the day of the event, please be sure to bring your International Driving Permit (or your country's driver's license and Japanese translation depending on the country where the license was issued) and your original passport.

According to Japanese law, the license must be issued in a country or region that is a signatory to the Geneva Convention (https://www.keishicho.metro.tokyo.lg.jp/menkyo/menkyo/kokugai/kokugai04.html) and must follow the convention’s specified format (*). Therefore, customers without a qualifying license are not permitted to use this product.
* In some countries or regions, even if they are Geneva Convention members, licenses may be issued in a format based on the Vienna Convention. In such cases, the license does not meet the "prescribed format" mentioned above, and you will not be permitted to drive.
Please be aware that additional restrictions apply, including that the validity period is calculated from the date of arrival in Japan. Specifically, the validity period of an international driver’s license is one year from the issue date or until the license's expiration, whichever comes first.

Reminders
・We do not have costumes for characters that appear in Mario Kart. Additionally, even if you bring your own costume, we will not allow you to wear the costume of the character in question.
・On the day of the experience, please bring your orignal International Driving Permit (depending on the country, your home country's driver's license + official Japanese translation) and passport.
・Please be sure to arrive 30 minutes before your reservation time. Customers who arrive late will not be able to participate and will not receive a refund.
・If you forget the required documents specified by our store, you will not be able to participate and will not be refunded.
・If the tour is canceled due to bad weather or the course time is changed, a full refund will be given.
・After confirming your reservation, you MUST send every participants' International Driving Permit copy (both Cover Page and Picture ID Page) to the address below, along with your name and reservation number.
