Some packages offer guaranteed departure for solo travelers; however, under normal circumstances, the minimum number of participants is 20. If the number of participants does not meet the required minimum, the tour will be canceled, and a cancellation notice will be sent via e-mail 7 days prior to departure.
Due to road conditions and other factors on the day of the itinerary, the stay time at attractions may be adjusted or some attractions may be canceled. The return arrival time may also be significantly delayed.
The above itinerary is an estimated arrival time, and traffic conditions cannot be controlled. Please avoid arranging activities that night.
This itinerary only provides tour guides in Chinese or Japanese, but does not provide language services for attraction introductions. If you need English guides, please note when placing your order. Arrangements will be subject to availability and are not guaranteed. If there are no remarks, the tour guide will be in Chinese by default.
Please wear comfortable shoes and clothing to participate in the tour.
Please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes early and wait. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for latecomers. Please note that late arrivals will be considered a no-show and no refunds will be issued.
Please confirm the on-site tour number and meet at the group bus boarding area at the North Exit of JR Sapporo Station.
The flower viewing period may vary slightly due to weather conditions. Once the itinerary is organized, it will depart as usual regardless of the flowering conditions.
Infants under 3 years old who do not occupy a seat can participate for free. Each adult can only bring one infant who does not occupy a seat. If you are traveling with someone, please inform us in the "Requests & Remarks" column when making a reservation.
There is no set child fee for this trip. Children who need to occupy a seat will be charged the same price as adults.
Car models used: Cars will be dispatched based on the number of people. When traveling with a small number of people, a driver and accompanying person will be arranged to provide full travel services. No additional tour leader will be sent. Please be aware that you can move around freely after arriving at the scenic spot.
Due to limited luggage storage space, if you would like to bring a large suitcase on board, please inform us in the "Requests & Remarks" column and please cooperate.
The business schedule of attractions and facilities is subject to the official announcement of the facilities. If the facilities are temporarily closed due to weather or other force majeure factors, the stay time of other attractions and facilities will be extended and no refunds will be made.
After the trip departs, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure factors such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. Only return transportation expenses or local accommodation expenses and other additional expenses must be refunded. It is the responsibility of the passenger.
Travelers under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a traveler over the age of 18, or they will not be allowed to participate
During the tour, bus and restaurant seating may be shared with fellow travelers from the same group. Seating arrangements will depend on the tour guide and the facility's setup on the day of the tour

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 41 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 5% will apply
- For cancellations made 31 to 40 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 10% will apply
- For cancellations made 21 to 30 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 20 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
