If the Observatory hoists a No. 3 or higher typhoon signal or a black or higher rainstorm signal two hours before the meeting time, the departure date may be rescheduled. The tour fee paid will be reserved for the rescheduling, but the participants must be from the same group.

The style of Christmas lights will be determined based on the actual setup that year; the light setups and bus styles shown on the product page are for reference only.

If the supplier cancels the event due to force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, a rescheduling may be granted and the event will be handled in accordance with the following arrangements for severe weather.

Children aged 12 or under must be accompanied by a parent/guardian.

Participants should determine whether their personal abilities and physical condition are suitable for participating in this activity. This activity is not recommended for pregnant women, people with mobility impairments, or people with specific health conditions (such as high blood pressure or epilepsy).

If any equipment, appliances, devices or other property is damaged or destroyed during the event due to the participant's negligence (excluding normal wear and tear), the participant shall pay for the cost of repair, restoration or replacement of the relevant items.
