Costume competitions and the carrying of unnecessary items, excluding wallets and mobile phones relevant to the competition, are strictly prohibited. Attire and facial makeup that cannot be individually assessed will not be approved. Furthermore, clothing displaying propaganda, political or religious opinions, and attire that violates public order and customs, are considered as [costumes]. Participants engaging in these behaviors may face disqualification from the competition. Those violating the makeup regulations will also have their qualifications canceled.

- Pushing wheelchairs or strollers while participating in walking is not permitted
- Defecating in places other than designated toilets is strictly prohibited
- Engaging in other behaviors that the organizer deems inconsistent with the conference is not allowed
–– Physical Requirements ––
Marathon, being a high-intensity and long-distance sport, poses inherent risks, requiring participants to maintain optimal physical condition. Individuals must be in good health and possess a foundation for regular running or training. Choosing events commensurate with one's physical well-being and abilities is crucial, and participants should confirm relevant terms in the participation statement. The organizing committee strongly recommends that contestants undergo a comprehensive physical examination within 1 month before the competition. Due to the demanding nature of marathons, individuals with any health condition that may pose a serious risk are strictly prohibited from participating.
- All contestants are mandated to provide a physical examination certificate (including blood pressure, heart rate, and electrocardiogram) and sign a "Participation Statement"
- Mobile AED medical rescue service staff and medical service volunteers are stationed along the track to facilitate medical rescue and uphold competition orders. Players can seek assistance from them at any time. During the competition, the individual in charge of the medical and health department has the authority to terminate a participant's involvement and collect their bib number based on their physical condition. If a player disregards on-site medical staff advice and insists on participating, they assume all consequences and responsibilities arising from the competition. In the event of loss of consciousness, the player automatically authorizes the organizing committee to employ all necessary means for first aid, including but not limited to CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation), AED (external defibrillation), and arranging rapid transport via vehicle or aircraft
–– Additional Information ––
- Throughout the competition period, should a participant experience physical discomfort due to personal reasons (including, but not limited to, chronic diseases, invisible ailments, or insufficient physical endurance), resulting in related illnesses or symptoms (such as heat stroke, fainting, etc.), and if the insurance company ultimately determines it falls outside the scope of the claim, all legal responsibilities and consequences (including, but not limited to, medical treatment expenses, lost work wages, disability compensation or indemnity, death compensation, etc.) shall be the sole responsibility of the participant. This is independent of and unrelated to the organizing committee. Participants are strongly advised to thoroughly assess their physical condition before registering
- The organizing committee will offer free, on-site first-aid medical treatment during the competition. Participants may subsequently apply for a claim from the insurance company after settling expenses with the hospital for relevant treatment. Alternatively, participants can negotiate directly with the insurance company, and the organizing committee can provide necessary information and assistance in facilitating communication
- In the event a participant consumes stimulants or other prohibited substances during the competition, resulting in personal injury or death, all legal responsibilities and consequences (including, but not limited to, medical treatment expenses, loss of income, disability compensation or indemnity, death compensation, etc.) shall be borne solely by the participants themselves
