Even if you apply for a room for two people, it may be divided into two rooms, one for each person (single room).

The frost-covered trees and snow scenery may not be visible depending on the weather.

The Tsuru-no-Mai Bridge is currently undergoing repairs, so you cannot cross it. You can only view it. There may also be scaffolding in some areas.

Day 1: Depending on the reservation situation, the Tsugaru Railway Stove Train may change the itinerary or some of the boarding sections. In addition, since the train will be shared with the general public, depending on the level of congestion, you may be required to stand. (Travel time: approximately 30 minutes)

The Hakkoda Ropeway may be suspended on the second day due to weather conditions or other reasons. In that case, we will guide you to an alternative sightseeing spot or give you a reasonable refund.

Bus seats may be shared with other passengers.

The child (elementary school student) fare is 5,000 yen off the adult fare. For passengers aged 3 to 6 (preschoolers), a bus seat will be provided for the duration of the trip for safety reasons, and a fee will be charged. However, train seats, meals during the trip, and bedding at the accommodations will not be provided. If desired, we will provide these at the child fare.

Children aged 0-2 can participate free of charge if no seat/meal/bedding/service is provided.

Please be sure to be on time during the tour, otherwise the tour will depart.

The order of the itinerary may be changed.

Day trips to the baths at Sukayu Onsen Ryokan include rental towels.

Since this is a comprehensive group tour, we cannot accept requests to change the meal contents, except in cases where there is a risk to physical safety, such as allergies or dietary restrictions based on medical judgment. Please prepare your own meals. We also cannot refund the meal fee or provide takeaway meals.

Cancellation fees will also be charged for delays due to transportation delays, etc., or for non-participation. The tour will depart at the scheduled departure time.

For safety reasons and for tour conductor duties, seats for tour conductors are provided at the front of the bus.

The bus may be delayed due to road conditions, etc., but please wait at the designated meeting point.

The drop-off location upon return may be different from the boarding location.

Small and medium-sized buses may be used.

Due to unexpected traffic congestion and crowded tourist spots, we may be forced to cancel sightseeing spots, shorten sightseeing time, change buses, and experience delays in return.

If you are traveling with an infant, they will not be counted in the number of people for the room type. (For example, if you are traveling with "2 adults and 1 infant," please select a room for 2 people, and if you are traveling with "2 adults, 1 child, and 1 infant," please select a room for 3 people.)
