  • When the number of participants does not reach the minimum (6 guests), an email notification to cancel or reschedule will be sent 1-2 days before the departure date
  • In the event of adverse weather conditions such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made whether the tour will be canceled before 6:00 pm one day before departure, and you will be notified by email at any time thereafter
  • This experience is not recommended for tourists with the following conditions or other conditions that may be triggered by this activity: Asthma, epilepsy, pregnancy
  • Skiing is a risky sport and is not suitable for young children, pregnant people, and the elderly. Skiing is intense and dangerous, so it is recommended to purchase domestic travel insurance or accident insurance before departure
  • Basic instructions will be provided by a single instructor for every 15-20 people. The actual situation is mainly based on the availability of the instructors on the day
  • The bus can only wait for 5 minutes after the specified gathering time. Latecomers will not be accepted for rescheduling or refunds on the same day. If a group member is late or the traffic conditions are poor that day, the pickup time may be delayed by 10-15 minutes
  • If there is an accident with other tourists during skiing, on-site translation assistance will be provided. Medical treatment or compensation expenses must be shouldered by the guests themselves
