No refunds for cancellations within 48 hours before departure
If you cancel due to an illness within 48 hours before departure, you must submit a medical certificate for a full refund
Cancellations and refund requests will not be processed if the participant was prohibited from entering Japan due to personal issues (For example: The passenger does not have a PCR certificate before boarding, the passenger is from a country that requires a visa but has not applied for a visa, etc.)
If a guest requests to reschedule due to personal factors, an additional rescheduling fee of JP¥2,000/person will be charged, to be paid in cash on-site
