・The feeling of multi-person experience will be reduced, so please try to arrange classes with a smaller number of people.
・The queue for equipment rental is long, so please arrive at the rental site one day in advance or one hour in advance.
・Sometimes the morning and afternoon courses may be adjusted due to full bookings, please be prepared to adjust the courses. (We will give away small gifts)

If you don’t know how to rent equipment for the first time, you can go to the ski resort to rent half an hour or an hour in advance (you may queue up) or you can need our coach to accompany you, but it will be counted as time.
If you are a child, please tell me if you can go to the toilet independently. If you are unable to go to the toilet independently, you need to be accompanied by a parent. If you can go to the toilet by yourself, you can entrust the entire process to our instructors.
Many people who ski for the first time will ask us how to choose single board or double board. Our suggestions are as follows: 1. Whichever one you like best, we will learn that one. 2. It is difficult to get started with a single board, but it is fast to advance. It is easy to get started with a double board, but it is difficult to advance.
Similar to the hotel refund method, except for full refunds caused by force majeure (such as epidemic disasters), everything else needs to deduct a handling fee.

- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 5 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 4 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 70% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 90% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
