In the event of severe weather, road closures due to marathon events, or situations where certain attractions cannot be accessed, we may temporarily adjust the route order or reduce the number of attractions to ensure your safety. Thank you for your understanding.

No refunds will be issued for cancellations or no-shows due to personal reasons.

The vehicle type will be adjusted based on the number of participants. For small group departures, service will be provided by a driver-guide.

The itinerary includes a cable car ride; however, advance reservations are not available, and guests must queue on-site.

Please understand that the company is not responsible and cannot provide refunds or rescheduling for missed tours or poor visibility/scenery quality due to force majeure factors, such as traffic or weather conditions.

Please ensure you arrive at the designated meeting point at the specified time; do not be late. As this itinerary does not allow for transfers to other departures or joining the tour mid-way, any losses incurred due to personal reasons for missing the tour must be borne by the participant. The cable car experience is a complimentary inclusion. In the event of a suspension in service, it will be replaced by the Appare Sightseeing Boat cruise, depending on the day's conditions. If neither experience can be arranged, no refunds or further substitutions will be provided. We appreciate your understanding.

The Mount Fuji Kawaguchiko Cable Car is scheduled for major maintenance from May 11th to July 17th (tentative). During this period, the itinerary will be adjusted to a 60-minute visit to Kawaguchiko Oishi Park. We appreciate your understanding.
