  • The beach sunset activity during the mangrove tour may be cancelled due to uncontrollable circumstances, such as rain. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, including earthquakes, floods, riots, political unrest, adverse road conditions, or other factors that could compromise guest safety, the operator reserves the right to alter the itinerary, dates, routes, meals, tour guides, and timings without prior notice

  • Individuals at high risk, including those with heart conditions, high blood pressure, fear of heights, pregnant women, the elderly, and those prone to joint dislocation, are not allowed to participate in this tour

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
