- Since August is the peak season in Canada, hotel prices in the Rocky Mountains will be dynamic pricing, which depends on the demands of each day. The exact increased amount will be based on the time when the order is confirmed. If there is a price difference, we will notify you as soon as we can
- This is a local bus tour. All foreign travelers are responsible for bringing and having a valid visa. Please confirm and process your eTA in advance according to your passport type. For more details, please click here
- If the product ordered includes a train itinerary, it's suggested not to arrange connecting transportation (including trains, cruise ships, flights, etc.) on the same day as arrival at the end of a trip
- If your itinerary includes airport pick-up and drop-off service, please provide accurate flight information and arrive at the designated pick-up location in advance. If the pick-up or designated pick-up location is mistaken due to inaccurate information you have provided, the travel agency reserves the right to provide second transfer services with an additional charge; according to the paid private car airport pick-up service fee) or coordinate the next available pickup according to the availability. Kindly note that only one pick-up service will be provided for each booking.
- Please provide accurate and complete information (name, gender, adult/child, copy of passport, and contact information) when booking a tour to avoid errors that would affect your travel. If you cause a delay or loss for missing or inaccurate information, you will be held responsible
- To ensure a smooth and complete trip, it is strongly recommended that you confirm all the details at the time of booking a tour. No additional changes or modifications will be allowed within 45 days before or during the tour. A charge of 30% tour fee and a CAD $50/single trip handling fee add-on will be charged for 46 days or more prior to tour departure
- When modifying your booking, you may be charged for any services fees, penalties or additional costs due to resource circumstances
- Under the premise that the promised service and standards remain unchanged, your itinerary may take place alongside another traveller’s itinerary to form a group tour. Depending on the arrival and departure dates, the itinerary sequences may differ
- Hotel Class: North American hotels do not have an official hotel star rating standard. The hotels involved in the trip are local brand hotels
- The North American Hotel Standard Room is equipped with one large bed or two standard beds. If you have a specific request for bed types, please inform us at the time of booking and they will do their best to accommodate you
- Please note that product components such as tour vehicles, hotels, restaurants, attraction facilities, etc. may have different standards (ratings, classes, quality) in different regions of the world. The bilingual tour guides will use Mandarin and English
- Tour vehicles: Vehicles are arranged according to the number of travelers in a group. In a group of up to 24 travelers, the driver will also be the tour guide. In a group of more than 24 travelers, a driver and a tour guide will be provided
- The local tour company acts only as a tour operator for the owners and contractors providing transportation, accommodation, or other services and is not responsible or liable for any loss, damage or injury, delay or accident due to an act of default of any company engaged in providing services included in these packages
- In the case of force majeure events including but not limited to: inclement weather, traffic accidents, etc., the local tour company has the right to modify or cancel the itinerary
- The local tour company is not responsible for any transportation cancellations or delays, weather changes, or any other travel safety issues within the trip that are caused by circumstances that are out of the company’s control
- Refunds for costs caused by force majeure events such as but not limited to: traffic delays, wars, coups, strikes, weather, aircraft machine failures, flight cancellations or changes in time, etc. are excluded
- The drop-off time and itinerary are subject to weather or traffic conditions and unforeseen circumstances. Please inquire with the tour guide about the itinerary on the day of return
- If you leave the tour halfway or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, or an accident), refunds or compensation will not be granted
- Unfortunately, this tour is not barrier-free

It is strongly advised that you purchase travel insurance for your personal benefit
Please make sure you always have a valid photo ID (e.g. passport or ID card) for identity verification during the tour
All activities must be booked in advance. Please understand that no additional bookings will be provided before 7 days from departure and during the tour
Please arrive on time at the pickup locations specified by the tour guide during the tour to avoid delaying other tourists’ itineraries. If you are late or miss the transportation provided, you are responsible (at your own expense) to meet the group at the next designated meeting location
During your trip, the tour guide may pick up or drop off travellers accommodated at different hotels. The tour guide will make reasonable arrangements according to the on-site situation
During your trip, there may be different vehicles and tour guides serving you
If for any reason you need to leave your group during the trip, you must fill out a "Letter of Liability Release" with no exceptions
Guests under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult (18 years old and above)
In the event of traffic or weather conditions or other circumstances not under the local tour company’s control, or if you are unable to participate in activities included in the itinerary due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given
If you have special needs (such as but not limited to: a specific bed type, vegetarian diet, highchairs, etc), please indicate in the "Requests & Remarks" section when you book and inform the tour company at least 7 days before your trip. The local tour company will do their best to accommodate you, but there is no guarantee
Please provide an active contact number when booking so you can be contacted in the event of emergencies
Depending on the different hotel operation requirements, you may be required to provide credit card information as a deposit during your stay for miscellaneous expenses and incidental charges (including but not limited to: phone calls, laundry, and catering services)
Please fill in the drop-off point in the "Requests & Remarks" section when booking
For environmental protection, hotels in the Rocky Mountain area do not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, slippers and combs. Only shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, and soap are provided

Cancellation Policy
- For cancellations made at least 46 day(s) prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–45 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
