【Takeda Castle Ruins】
The castle was originally built in 1411 on top of a mountain, at an altitude of 353.7m, and contained the main castle tower and several wings. Although tthe castle tower and other significant buildings have been demolished, the stone ramparts have been restored and well maintained.
On foggy autumn mornings, it appears to be floating on a sea of clouds, an amazing scenery which will captivate any visitors
* Because large buses are not allowed to enter the Takeda Castle Ruins, you will be transferred to a taxi or microbus on the way.
【Lunch】
Tajima Wagyu Beef is made from the purebred Tajima cattle, that are grown and carefully raised in Hyogo Prefecture. Tajima Wagyu is prized for its beautiful marbling and the softness that melt-in-your-mouth.

* This tour is a Japanese tour. The tour conductor will provide language support using a translator (Pocket Talk).

Lunch menu is subject to change depending on availability.
Because large buses are not allowed to enter the Takeda Castle Ruins, you will be transferred to a taxi or microbus on the way.
Please wear comfortable, suitable shoes
This is not a private tour, you will enjoy the tour with other guests.
If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (7) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be cancelled.
Drinking alcohol on the bus is prohibited.
Please note that odd-numbered groups will, in principle, share seats on the bus

  • ・ As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.

  • ・ Please do not stand up or walk while the tour bus is running.

  • ・ Seating on the bus is assigned by H.I.S staff, please do not change your seat during the tour.

  • ・ Please kindly be punctual and arrive at the designated meeting place on time. The bus will leave on time and will not wait for late comers.

  • ・ If late comers wish to re-join the group again afterwards, all transportation fees will be on customer's own expense.

  • ・ Please kindly put on the sticker which will be given to you by the tour guide during the tour, make sure it can be seen clearly.

  • ・ Please do not stick it on leather goods as seal marks may remain.

  • ・ Please do not use the seat reclining function or change the seat setting.

  • ・ Please kindly switch all your electronic devices such as mobile phone and game machines etc. to manner mode with no sound.

  • ・ Talking on mobile phone and video calls are prohibited on the tour bus.

  • ・ Smoking is strictly prohibited on the tour bus.

  • ・ Arrival time at each sightseeing sports may be different depending on traffic conditions.

  • ・ Use of drone for shooting or other purposes is prohibited during the tour.

  • ・ Please do not use perfume, spray or change baby diapers on the bus, as it may cause troubles to other customers.

  • ・ Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself.

  • ・ After the tour, please kindly take all the garbage with you and do not leave them on the bus.

  • ・ Please do not forget and leave any personal belongings on the bus after the tour.

  • ・ In regards of fruit picking tour, please note that it is consumable only within the farm. Bringing it home by your own bag is strictly prohibited.

  • ・ If you are unable to follow the above regulations and cause any nuisance on the bus, you may be asked to get off the bus even in the middle of the tour.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
  • For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
  • For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
