- Please ensure that you possess valid passport and visa to enter US and Canada. Travelers should check the validity of their entry documents before departure to avoid passage denial. No refunds or compensation will be granted if you are unable to pass the boarder due to any personal reasons
- Travellers age under 18 must be accompanied by at least 1 adult throughout the tour
- The itinerary is for reference only. In case of force majeure, such as attraction closures due to holidays, unforeseen circumstances, adverse traffic, or weather conditions, the local tour company may modify or cancel the itinerary without prior notice or compensation
- Refunds, or compensation will not be granted to travellers who leave the tour halfway through or miss the entire tour due to personal reasons (e.g. lack of travel documents, late arrival, sickness, accidents)
- When making a reservation, please provide a reachable phone number while you're traveling, and we strongly advise obtaining a mobile SIM card with both internet and calling capabilities for emergencies
- During the trip, the tour guide or driver has the right to adjust the tour sequence, duration of stay, or assembly time of attractions as needed based on weather, traffic, and other conditions to ensure a smooth journey
- The vehicle type will be determined 2 days before departure, based on the number of travelers, which may include but is not limited to 7/14/55 - 61-seater vehicles, adjusted according to on-site availability, potentially offering other vehicle types
- Infants under 2 will be charged based on the vehicle type used on the day and whether they occupy a seat. If you are traveling with infant under 2, please contact KKday in advance for confirming the available packages
- As per local regulations, children age under 8, or under 145 cm in height are required to use a child seat while traveling in a vehicle. Guests are responsible for any violations and associated fines. Please specify the number of child seats needed during reservation and contact KKday in advance for confirmation
- Bilingual tour guide in both Mandarin and English are available for this tour; please aware that for some experiences or attractions, bilingual guides may not be available. Local official attractions or tour operators may arrange for English-speaking guides or no guided services. Please be aware of this before making a reservation
