Please arrive at the meeting point in advance and wait. The bus will depart on time. No refunds or rescheduling will be given if you are late. Please be advised.

Vehicle type: Vehicles are assigned based on the number of participants. For small groups, a driver and accompanying personnel will be assigned to provide full tour services. No additional tour leader will be assigned. Upon arrival at the attraction, you will be free to explore at your own leisure. Please note this.

The above itinerary is only an estimated arrival time. Traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid arranging activities on that evening. We apologize for any delays.

Infants under 2 years old who do not occupy a seat can join for free. Each adult may only bring one infant who does not occupy a seat. If you are traveling with an infant, please inform us in the "Remarks" section when booking.

Due to weather conditions, you may not be able to see the entire view of the scenic spot. Thank you for your understanding.

Please understand that itinerary changes and attraction cancellations may occur due to force majeure factors such as traffic and weather.

Please be advised that the departure time and route of each sightseeing spot may be adjusted depending on the road conditions on the day.

In the event of inclement weather or other force majeure on the day of departure, the tour may be postponed or cancelled. If the tour is canceled for any reason, all paid tour fees will be refunded. However, any food, accommodation, transportation, or other necessary expenses incurred while waiting for the tour will be borne by the passenger. Thank you for your understanding.

Please fasten your seat belts while the bus is in motion and do not move around. You will not be able to get on or off the bus during the journey. Please be advised.

If a passenger leaves the tour group midway after the tour begins, he or she cannot request a refund of the tour fee.

Due to limited space in the luggage storage box, if you are carrying large luggage, please inform us in the remarks column. Thank you for your cooperation.

The maple leaf season may vary slightly depending on factors such as weather conditions each year. If weather conditions cause the leaves to wither or not bloom, we will continue with our original itinerary to visit the purely scenic spots. Thank you for your understanding.

If the eco-friendly electric bus is not operating on a regular basis, you will not go to Hoheikyo Dam and your ticket fee will be refunded. Instead, you will go to Jozankei Futami Park and Futami Suspension Bridge to enjoy the spectacular autumn colors in the valley.

Plan A: If the Yoichi NITORI Orchard is closed or fruit is insufficient, fruit picking will be offered at other nearby orchards. Fruit ripening may vary depending on weather conditions, and you may also be able to eat pre-picked fruit.

Plan B: If Tanaka Sake Brewery Kamekozura is temporarily closed or cannot go due to full reservations, the tour will extend the stay at Hoheikyo and Otaru Canal.

Drinking and driving is prohibited. Drinking is prohibited for those under the age of 18. Excessive drinking is harmful to your health.

The winery tasting activities are provided and handled by the winery itself and are not affiliated with KKday. If you have any questions, please contact the winery.

After the trip has departed, if the trip is terminated due to force majeure such as weather conditions or natural disasters, the unfulfilled itinerary will be refunded based on the actual expenses incurred. However, additional expenses such as return transportation costs or local accommodation expenses will be borne by the passenger.

Passengers under the age of 18 cannot participate alone and must be accompanied by a passenger aged 18 or above.

During the experience, you may be seated at the same table or table with fellow passengers on the bus or restaurant. This is subject to the tour leader and facility arrangements on the day.
