-About clothing-

・Clothes that you don't mind getting dirty (skirts are not allowed), sneakers (sandals and crocs are not allowed)

・Please tie long hair in a ponytail.

*If it rains, please bring separate rainwear.

-About weight-

・The zip line is powered by body weight. Children who are too light may not reach the finish line and may end up hanging in mid-air. Weight is self-reported, but in some cases we may ask you to weigh in on the day. In that case, if you weigh less than 30kg, we will refuse your request and will charge you a cancellation fee, so please be aware of this in advance.

-About retirement-

・ The zip line is a wire rope stretched from a high place, and you slide down it wearing a harness (safety belt). Please note that there will be no refunds even if you decline to participate due to fear or anxiety, or if you decide to quit midway for your own convenience. (The difference in elevation from the start to the finish is about 17m.)

・Rescue by being thrown in mid-air When using the zip line, depending on weather conditions such as weather, wind, temperature, and weight, you may not reach the goal and may get stuck in mid-air. In that case, our staff will rescue you, so please rest assured. Please note that there will be no additional cost even if you are rescued. Please also note that we will not refund the usage fee.

About the weather

The tour will be available in light rain, but will be cancelled if there is heavy rain, strong winds or thunder. As soon as the decision is made to cancel, we will post the information on our website. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation costs to the site, round-trip gondola fees, etc. in the event of cancellation.

-About temporary closure-

There may be sudden temporary closures due to natural disasters, bad weather, power outages, power restrictions, mechanical problems with lifts and gondolas, etc. As soon as a cancellation is decided, the information will be posted on the website. In this case, no cancellation fee will be charged. Please note that we cannot compensate for transportation costs to the site, round-trip gondola fares, etc. in the event of cancellation.

-Notification of cancellation-

If the tour is cancelled due to weather or other reasons, we will contact you.

-About health and physical condition-

For the safety of all participants, those who fall under any of the following categories will not be able to participate.

・People with chronic illnesses

(Those with high blood pressure, heart, cervical or neck disease, epilepsy, hyperventilation, or other chronic illnesses)

・Those who have been drinking

・Pregnant women and those who may be pregnant

・Those who are deemed unable to ensure safety

-About traffic conditions-

Traffic congestion and waiting times for the Hakodateyama Gondola may occur on weekends and when events are held. Please check the traffic information and come to the store with plenty of time. You can also get to us by public transportation such as trains and buses.
