- Admission is free for children 3 years and under if in combination with an Adult, Student, or Senior ticket. Proof of age (e.g. passport) is required
- Children ages 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult at all times inside the theatre and in the aquarium
- The 4D Theather experience may not be appropriate for children under 4 years or for people with light sensitivity, back issues, or scent allergies
- Please note that as there are live animals, there may be certain times when some exhibits may be closed for animal care reasons. Please visit the official website to check for details on the most up-to-date operating hours before booking, as the ticket is only valid on the selected date. In the event of operating hour changes, no prior notice will be provided
- The guest's selected date may become unavailable. Please notify us of your preferred backup dates when booking, and keep an eye out for customer service messages
