In the event of stormy weather, the fireworks display may be cancelled. Tours will proceed as normal with or without fireworks.
Due to the fireworks viewing tour, the return time may be delayed. Depending on the traffic congestion and traffic conditions on the day, public transportation may not be available. In this case, the taxi fare and other transportation costs will be borne by the passenger. Please understand.
We apologize for arriving at the next attraction early or ending the trip because various facilities are closed or visiting hours are restricted.
Sometimes the itinerary may be adjusted due to traffic jams or bad weather, so please be aware.
The time to visit each attraction will be determined based on the traffic conditions on the road or the number of participants on the day.
It is recommended to arrive at the meeting point early. If you are late due to traffic reasons and cannot participate in the trip, it will be considered as an automatic cancellation by the passenger and no refund will be given.
If the traveler abandons the tour midway due to personal reasons, no refund will be given.
Smoking is prohibited throughout the bus, there are no restrooms, and seats cannot be assigned.
The fireworks display may be cancelled due to force majeure such as bad weather. In this case, no refund will be given. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
Depending on the number of participants, we may use a minibus or the driver may also serve as the tour leader. No professional tour guide is provided.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
