This tour requires a certain number of participants. Vehicles will be allocated based on the number of participants. If the requirement is not met, there will be no tour leader accompanying the group and the driver guide will be the sole service provider. If there are not enough participants, you will be notified 4 days before the departure date and refunded fully. Or you can reschedule or exchange to other products

In case of accidents, traffic jams, weather, etc., there may be significant delays in the arrival time to the destination. We cannot compensate you for any loss of transportation or other facilities that you may have arranged for yourself due to vehicle delays
If the tour is unable to take place due to weather conditions or lack of participants, the tour fee will be fully refunded. However, any expenses, transportation, accommodation, and other incurred fees will not be compensated. If you fail to show up on the day, leave the group midway, or voluntarily forfeit the tour due to personal factors, no refund or compensation will be granted
If the tour is canceled or suspended before departure due to special circumstances, such as bad weather, natural disasters, mechanical failures, traffic accidents, wars, strikes, riots, government orders, and others not in the travel agency's control, you will be fully refunded. If the tour has already departed, the amount after already-incurred costs will be refunded. In this case, travelers can't object and demand compensation for any reason and are responsible for any losses or additional expenses incurred
The company, driver, tour leader, and tour guide are not responsible for lost or stolen money or items. Participants are responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings and IDs
