1. E-voucher is valid for redemption at 1/F W Hong Kong between 11:00 am to 7:30pm, June 12 to 19, 2026.
2. Items purchased online are non-refundable, not exchangeable for cash or other e-gift certificates, and no cancellation will be honored. 
3. Items purchased online cannot be used to purchase other products online, resell, or used as other commercial purposes without written consent of W Hong Kong. 
4. Items purchased cannot be used for promotional activities without the consent of W Hong Kong. 
5. Dumplings must be kept refrigerated. We recommend to store below -18°C and consume before marked best before date. XO sauce must be kept refrigerated. 
6. We recommend to store at 0-4°C and consume before marked best before date. 
7. E-voucher with QR code must be presented upon redemption, and will not be replaced in case of loss; validity cannot be extended. 
8. Marriott Bonvoy™ points cannot be earned upon e-voucher redemption and cannot be used in conjunction with other promotional offers. 
9. All e-vouchers can only be used once. 
10. In case of loss or damage, e-voucher will not be replaced nor its value refunded. W Hong Kong is not responsible for any fraudulent use by third parties if e-voucher is lost or stolen.
