If the minimum number of participants (20) is not met by (7) days before the scheduled date, the tour on that date might be cancelled.
In order to prevent infectious diseases, there are facilities where you cannot enter without wearing a mask. Please wear a mask in advance and join the tour.
Masks must be worn on the bus, and eating, drinking, and talking in a loud voice are prohibited.
Please note that odd-numbered groups may share seats on the bus.
The stay time may be shortened due to traffic conditions. Please note that the return time may be significantly delayed.
*Please note that you will be responsible for the rental fee for using the bicycle and the entrance fee to paid facilities on Naoshima Island.

If you make a reservation with TVC Naoshima Rental, you will get a 10% discount on the rental price. Please mention that it is a HIS bus tour when making a reservation. If you show the HIS tour participation seal when paying on the day, the discount will be applied.
Regular bicycles with a rental fee of 500 yen or less are not eligible for discounts.
We recommend that you make a schedule during your free time in advance.

Before starting the tour, we will disinfect the inside of the vehicle.
Driver and guide are encouraged to wash their hands, gargle, and thoroughly manage their physical condition.
Driver and guide wear a mask during the tour.
We frequently ventilate in the vehicle.
Our Requests for our Guests

Please kindly take all the garbage with you in the vehicle to prevent the infection of the driver and guide.
Please be at pick up point 10 minutes before pick-up time
Please notice that might be crowded sightseeing spots during weekends, holidays, and events.
Times are subject to change with or without notice.
As the tour uses a bus for the entire itinerary, arrivals at each site may be delayed due to road conditions.
In case of traffic congestion or any other reasons that affect the tour schedule, staying time at each sightseeing spot will be shortened and arrival time will be delayed.
No refunds will be issued in case the customer doesn't show up at the meeting spot on time.
We will fully refund you in case the tour is canceled due to extreme situations such as typhoons and other natural disasters.
As it is stipulated by the law of Japan, please wear your seat belt on the tour bus.
No smoking inside the vehicle
Please do not stand up or walk while the vehicle is running.
All items left on the tour bus will be disposed of by our company.
Please kindly manage your valuable belongings by yourself.
If you have some food you can not eat (food allergy), please inform us when you book this tour.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 11 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 8 to 10 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply
- For cancellations made 2 to 7 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 30% will apply
- For cancellations made 1 to 1 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 40% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–0 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
