— What You Can Expect —
Get ready for an adrenaline rush when you join this Padas White Water Rafting adventure! Beginning with a convenient pick-up from your Kota Kinabalu hotel, you'll save hours of transit time and traffic jams by travelling to the rafting starting point on a scenic train ride. Once there, there will be a safety briefing then it's time to get geared up for your aquatic escapade! Led by a professional guide, you'll splash through Grades 3 and 4 waves along a 12-kilometre stretch of the river. Take in the gorgeous natural surroundings as you work your way up Sabah's fastest flowing river. After hours of heart-pumping excitement, it's time to calm down and enjoy the delicious lunch that awaits you at the end of your rafting experience.

- Self-drive: Beaufort Railway Station / Tenom Train Station

What You Can Expect

- 04:30Private Tour Package: Pick up from guest's hotel
- Shared Tour Package: Self proceed to (Beaufort/ Tenom) train station
- 07:30Arrive at (Beaufort/ Tenom) train station, then depart to ending point (Rayoh station) to change clothes, and then to rafting starting point
- 10:00Once you arrive at the Pangi rafting starting point, a safety briefing will be conducted by a professional river guide. Then it's time to sail off! Your excursion is estimated to take up to 3 hours
- 12:30After arriving at your ending point (Rayoh station), freshen, then enjoy your inclusive lunch buffet
- 13:30Depart to (Beaufort/ Tenom) train station
- 16:00Arrive at (Beaufort/ Tenom) train station
- Private Tour Package: Enjoy the transfer back to your Kota Kinabalu hotel (arrive in approximately 3.5 Hrs)

A minimum of 4 traveler(s) are required for the tour to depart. If the number of participants does not reach the minimum requirement, the tour will be canceled. An email regarding tour cancellation will be sent 2 day(s) before the departure date
Not recommended for guests who panic easily or have low stamina, children under 5 years old, and people with medical history of pain
Service shall be conducted accordingly and fulfilled following the stated offer in website/written communication
All not stated in the itinerary/written communication is considered as not included and shall be borne by the guest/agent/3rd parties
OKU and pregnant woman shall be accompanied by group member or family member (fall under group leader/family member responsibility). However, you must notify the guide on the ground for us to aware of the situation and operate as best as we can
Driver will wait for guest only 10 mins from stated pick-up time (written communication by our operation team to the guest via WhatsApp/email/SMS cut off time 9 pm day before tour commences)
"No Show" will be considered if guest does not show up at hotel lobby/arranged meeting point. This will be applied on the cancellation policy as 0% refund
80% refund or FREE reschedule will be given if bad weather 1 hour before the activity time. No refund or reschedule will be given during the activity time.
The tour is entitled to postponement only if the weather is not conducive for rafting, and the risk assessment and decision is made by the tour guide/driver/any of our representative. A new tour date will be decided upon agreement between the guide and guest. If the guest is unable to attend on this new date, no refund will be given (100% cancellation fee apply)

Private Tour: All hotels within the boundary of KK City (or 2.5KM radius), including only: Shangri-la Tg Aru, will be free of charge. All hotels outside the boundary of KK City (or 2.5KM radius), Donggongon, Likas, Putatan and farther (up to Tuaran, Penampang, and Lok Kawi) will have small surcharge of RM30/pax.

- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- For cancellations made 2 to 2 days prior to selected date, a cancellation fee of 50% will apply
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
