For two-island or three-island trips, please note that once you have departed for the first island, visits to the subsequent island(s) may be cancelled due to weather conditions. In such cases, the tour cannot be changed or refunded. Thank you for your kind understanding, as your safety is always our top priority.
The boat departs between 8:45 am–9:00 am. Please collect your ticket at Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty Boat Ticketing Counter at 8:00 am
Please DO NOT throw away your boat ticket. Every Island's management team needs to check your ticket upon arrival and back at the Sutera Harbour Marina Jetty
LOST boat tickets will have to be repurchased at travellers' own cost
The boat might depart or return earlier or later based on the traffic
Please make sure of your boat's departure and return schedule and the island's transfer schedule
Please take care of your belongings; the crew will not be responsible for any loss
In the case of schedule changes or cancellations due to traffic, weather, or force majeure, the supplier has the right to alter routes, timetables, itineraries, and the reserved accommodations if necessary
To request an English or Chinese-speaking guide, please inform the supplier 8–14 days before the tour (subject to availability). A surcharge of RM250 is to be paid directly to the tour guide
While the jellyfish season varies, it usually occurs during the middle of the year or/and the end of the year. Do be extra careful and inform the guides should you be stung. Jellyfish are common in the waters but are usually harmless, and their stings will just cause a slight itch
An "On-time Policy" is being followed to be considerate of other guests. Boat transportation will not wait for late arrival and no refunds will be given
A penalty of RM150 per set will be charged for any damage to or loss of the rented mask and snorkel
