Is it vegetarian friendly?
We can provide vegetarian meals, but we cannot provide pots and utensils that have never been used for meat in order to have a completely vegetarian diet.
Are pets allowed?
If you're traveling with a group, pets are allowed as long as your group members don't mind. However, if you're traveling with an individual, pets are not allowed. In addition, an additional NT$1,500 vehicle cleaning fee will be charged for pets.
Did you have enough for dinner?
Basically, we eat until we are full, and there are often some ingredients left over. We also hope not to waste food. However, sometimes you or your friends are really big eaters, or you want to eat as much as you want, and you may not be sure if you can satisfy them!
Is my physical strength enough?
The hiking and entry-level mountaineering activities we arrange are all achievable by the general public with normal health. Even if you really lack the physical strength to complete them within the group activity time, don't worry. The most important thing is to get out into nature and have fun.
If I bring children with me, can they participate?
Yes, we have had guests bring infants with us. Regardless of their age, please be aware of the following: ensure your child's safety and ensure their noise levels at night don't disturb other guests. If you are concerned your child might have dietary issues, please inform us. Please ensure your child eats with you during dinner and breakfast.
7. Are child seats provided?
Except for chartered groups, which will be prepared at an additional cost, other individual groups need to bring their own child seats, which will occupy a seat and still require payment for the fare.
Can I shower in the camping area?
Yes! Please refer back to the campground information above to learn about the availability of hot showers at each campground.
Will sleeping mats be provided?
Yes, in addition to Simakus, the camping area itself has thick ground mats, so we don't provide additional ones. However, we only provide folding eggshell sleeping mats for outdoor mountaineering. If you need an inflatable sleeping mat, you need to bring your own.
Will the event be cancelled if it rains?
Unless there is a special report of heavy rain due to a typhoon or southwesterly airflow, the entire itinerary will not be cancelled, only the itinerary content will be adjusted if there is light rain, afternoon thunderstorms, cloudy and short showers, or during the activity.
Can you help me arrange the same account with my friend?
Yes, we have five-person and three-person tents, so two friends can have their own tent, or three, four, or five friends can share a tent. However, the number of four- and five-person tents is limited. Please notify us in advance if you need to share a tent. If there are insufficient tents, we will split them into two or three-person tents.
Do I need to bring any equipment or prepare anything in advance?
We will send the pre-issuance notice 7 to 10 days before departure. Sometimes, because our entire company needs to go out for support, it will be sent out late. Please understand.
