- Elephant bathing fee is payable at your own expense (RM10 per person, payable directly at the sanctuary)
- Deerland Park may close without notice. There will be no compensation or alternative for the closure.
- Set/Simple Lunch only
- No eating or drinking is allowed inside the car/van/buses. Food can easily become messy, or someone might bump into you, having you spill your drink or squash your food, letting it fall to the floor.

- It is recommended that you make preparations to prevent if you have motion sickness, so as not to affect your pleasant journey.
- Please keep your belongings and try not to bring valuables, you will be responsible for all damages and loss. If the vehicle does not arrive in more than 10 minutes, please contact us, we will coordinate for you immediately Pick up time and driver details shall update to you 1 day before activity day in the evening time by email. - During major festivals, there will be road closures and traffic jams. The return journey can only be sent to the drop-off point closest to the hotel according to the road conditions that day. Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations 3 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–2 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
