Purchase Notice

  1. This is a one-day (10-hour) round-trip transfer service with a chartered car. If you exceed the time limit, you must pay the overtime fee to the driver on site
  2. .Please note the desired itinerary in the order. The itinerary sequence may be adjusted based on the day's traffic
  3. Bookings can be made as early as 2 days before the departure date, and the voucher will be automatically issued immediately
  4. The vehicle models are for reference only. If the above models are not available, a vehicle of the same grade will be provided instead. On-site offering shall be final. Please provide the actual number of passengers (including infants and children) in the booking
  5. The number of passengers will decrease as the number of luggage increases. When booking, please refer to  the vehicle capacity and provide the number of passengers and luggage, and luggage sizes. If the booking does not meet the requirements, the store reserves the right to modify the order
  6. If you need a car seat, please note the number of car seats in the "Remarks" column when booking
  7. Overtime fee still applies with traffic congestion, no matter the causes

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancellations 2 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
  • Cancellation is not allowed between 0–1 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
NOTE
  • Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy.
