- The minimum number of participants for the airport pickup tour is 2, and the minimum number of participants for the Blue Mountains/Port Stephens tour is 4. The tour may be cancelled if the minimum number of participants is not met.
- The tour will depart as scheduled even in rainy weather.
- Blue Mountains and Port Stephens tours depart only from designated meeting points, and individual pick-up/drop-off requests are not supported.
- To prevent delays, the tour departs strictly on time. Late arrivals will be considered a no-show.
- No refunds or date changes will be provided for no-shows resulting from a customer's negligence or incorrect travel date selection. If you request a date change after a no-show, a no-show fee (change fee) equivalent to 50% of the payment amount will be applied.
- If you are unable to participate in the tour for personal reasons, date changes and cancellations are not permitted.
- Under Australian road traffic laws, eating and drinking onboard tourist vehicles is prohibited.
