Please bring a printed copy of your ticket and boarding pass. Police and security will not allow guests through without the voucher

Guests are advised to arrive at the Balls Brothers Minster Court at 5pm. Due to strict boat timings/schedule, the management will not be able to wait for any latecomers
If booking as part of a group, please enter one transaction to ensure you will be sitting together. There is no guarantee that passengers will sit together at the same table if booked separately.
Guests may have to share their table at the restaurant with other people
Please be aware that luggage and large bags of any type will not be allowed on the vessels
The management will do their best to provide customers with the best view of the New Year’s Eve fireworks. However, due to the weather conditions, changing tides, and the high amount of traffic expected on the Thames, the positioning of the boat to view the fireworks show cannot be guaranteed. The captain’s decision will be finalized on the night, although rest assured that the on-board team will do their best to secure the best viewing spot
