- This service is for one-way airport transfers. For round-trip transfers, please make a separate order
- The vehicles shown are for reference only. If the requested vehicle type and color are not available, a similar car from the same class will be provided. Vehicle availability may vary on-site, and please enter the actual number of passengers (including infants and children) when making the booking
- Orders can be made at least 2 days before departure. The voucher will be issued immediately and automatically
- To request a child seat, please specify the quantity in the "Note" section when making the booking
- The number of passenger seats will decrease as the number of luggage pieces increases. Please review the vehicle information before booking to select the most suitable one. Provide the number of passengers, luggage, car seats, and luggage size when booking. If the provided information does not match the actual situation on-site, the supplier reserves the right to withdraw the service
- In case of rental overtime due to traffic congestion, a surcharge will apply regardless of the cause, whether it's natural or due to traffic regulations

Nighttime Surcharge
If the service starts or ends between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM, an additional service charge of ¥2,000 (payable on-site) will be charged each time.
Child car seat
The first child seat is provided free of charge if you require one. A second child seat will cost an additional ¥2,000 per seat, payable on-site. Please indicate the number of child seats you require in the "Remarks" section when making your reservation.
Sign-holding service
If you require a welcoming service, an additional fee of 2,000 yen will apply each time. This fee must be paid in cash directly to the driver on-site. Please indicate your welcoming service request in the "Remarks" section when booking. The driver will be waiting in the arrival hall holding a sign with the passenger's name.
Overtime fee
Airport pick-up service includes a free 90-minute wait time from the actual arrival time of the flight. For airport drop-off service, the driver will wait for 30 minutes free of charge upon arrival at the designated location. If the wait time exceeds this limit, and the "Overtime Service" exceeds the standard private charter car duration by 10 hours, an additional fee will be charged: 7-14 seater vehicles: ¥5,000/hour; 19 seater vehicles: ¥10,000/hour.
