Purchase Notice
[Upon arrival]
- The washroom is located near the entrance of Ayutaya, and you are advised to enter the lobby only after disinfection
- Welcome drink will be served in a disposable cup
- Disposable hand towels will be provided
[Lobby]
- The lobby area will be disinfected once every hour
- Please carefully disinfect your luggage when returning it
- All furniture are thoroughly sanitized before the arrival of the next customer
[Treatment room and masseuse]
- A disinfectant is installed in every room
- Therapists are required to wash and sanitize their hands before each procedure
- All therapists are required to wear a face mask and shield during each treatment
- Customers will be requested to take a shower before and after treatment
- Please refrain from conversing unless necessary
- The spa menu will be disinfected before the arrival of the next customer
[Cleaning the treatment room]
- The staff will disinfect the room after each session ends
- Items with the most contact such as the bed, remote controller, safety box, and master switch will be thoroughly cleaned and sanitized
- Towels and tissues will be discarded after each session
[Handling of food and beverages]
- The gazebo where you dine will be sanitized each time
- All staff will wear gloves to prepare and serve
- The tableware used will be disinfected each time
[Other staff, entrants, etc.]
- All members will be required to conduct a body temperature check before entering the premise
- All staff are regularly trained in hygiene
- They are required to wash their hands and disinfect themselves after the check
- Staffs are advised to avoid large crowds even after their shift ends
- If any of the staff comes close to an infected person, they are required to report it to the company
- In accordance with the policy imposed by the Indonesian government, Ayutaya will carry out PCR tests on all staff as needed
- All the team in Ayutaya must complete training to raise awareness in regard to the new coronavirus

- Cancellations 4 day(s) (inclusive) before the selected date are allowed. Unused orders can be canceled for free
- Cancellation is not allowed between 0–3 days from the selected date. Orders cannot be canceled or modified, and refunds will not be granted.
- Due to time zone differences, the confirmed cancellation date is based on the supplier’s local time. Please allow 2–5 business days to process your cancellation request, after which the cancellation fee will be charged according to the product’s cancellation policy. Once the cancellation is confirmed, you will receive your refund within 14 working days.
