- Redeem your voucher at counters 6–8; please bring along a copy or photo of your passport
- Please make sure your booking name is identical to the name on your ID. Malaysian travelers are required to present their myKad to redeem the voucher. Non-Malaysian visitors are required to show their passport to redeem the voucher for ID verification
- One voucher is for one person only. Vouchers are not refundable or transferable
