When ordering, please fill in the estimated arrival time of the flight. When using the drop-off service, please be sure to reserve the customs clearance time. If the pick-up time specified by the passenger is in doubt after the professional judgment of the car dealer, the pick-up time will be agreed with the passenger again, and the order may be canceled if necessary.
Please be sure to leave the communication information that can be contacted on the day of service. If you provide a mobile phone number, please confirm that you can receive it in Japan. If you provide communication software, please confirm that you have a network and open the non-friend message setting. If the provision of pick-up service is affected because the car dealer cannot contact the passenger, it will not be possible to refund or change the order, please note.
For some pick-up locations located in narrow alleys/one-way streets, the driver may park the vehicle near the main road for passengers to board/disembark (even if it is raining or snowing), the actual location will be determined by the car dealer depending on the situation of the day.
When ordering, please fill in the quantity of all luggage. If the quantity of luggage and the number of people cannot be carried by professional judgment, we will negotiate with the passenger to change the model or cancel the order. If the actual amount of luggage carried by the passenger does not match the amount filled in when ordering and the vehicle model cannot carry it on the day, the driver has the right to refuse the pick-up and no refund will be issued. If you need to use a child safety seat, please fill in the requirements in the remarks column when ordering; due to the limited number of seats, the car dealer will inform you whether it can be used according to the current situation, and there is no guarantee that it will be available.
